Dear Professional Colleagues
“If your actions inspire other to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a Leader.”
It is said that the leaders are born, not made. The leader is one, who inspires others by his leadership quality to get the things done, whether it is at National Level, State Level or Organizational Level. The leader is one, who always leads by example. He plays a vital role in uplifting the society to which he led. A good leader can uplift a weaker society by his leadership quality while a weak leader ditches even the strongest society. So it goes without saying that at the time to election of a leader we should take into account his abilities, his thought, and his contribution toward society. It is the duty of a leader to work for the betterment of society at large and not for his personal motive. His working should are not impacted with politically leanings, mendacity, casteism and discrimination. “Effective leadership is defined by result and not attributes.”
